From sin....to sHinE!!!

This week, I was encouraged as I read Isaiah 59 and 60. I was reading in 59 about how God says to repent of your sin. Then I read 60:1: "Arise, shine, for your light has come, and the glory of the Lord has risen upon you." In my journal, I wrote down "from sin to shine." As I looked at the two words, I noticed the difference—"He." I heard the Lord say, "When you repent from your sin, I come into the middle of it, and I will make you shine." What mercy He has bestowed on us! Forgiveness is real, and it has a name—Jesus! Today, let me rest in His love, His forgiveness of sin, and allow Him to sHinE through my life!!!
